Mr. Santos, a 65-year-old Male, Was Admitted to the Medical-surgical Unit with a Diagnosis of Pneumonia. He Has a History of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Is on Home Oxygen Therapy. Upon Assessment, the Nurse Finds Mr. Santos to Be Tachypneic and with a Respiratory Rate of 28 Breaths Per Minute. His Oxygen Saturation Is 88% on Room Air. the Physician Orders Oxygen Therapy at 2 Liters Per Minute Via Nasal Cannula
