Upon Assessment, the Nurse Notes That Mr. Santos Has a Temperature of 38.5°C, Crackles in the Lower Lobes of the Lungs and a Productive Cough with Yellowish Sputum. His Blood Pressure Is 150/90 Mmhg, Heart Rate Is 100 Bpm and Oxygen Saturation Is 92% on Room Air
