- All payments for any Concise subscription plan are considered final and non-refundable.
- Concise may grant a special refund ONLY during extraordinary cases that are subject to approval.
- Any request must be made within 24 hours of payment. Any request made past this period will not be entertained.
- You may opt to cancel your subscription instead.
- Once you cancel, you’ll still have access to Concise until the end of the subscription period.
